Practice Areas
Defending Your Constitutional Rights
A substantial portion of the firm’s practice is in defending serious criminal law cases. In these cases, we use our trial and legal research skills to minimize the negative consequences of our clients’ criminal law proceedings. Our goal is to get charges dismissed and reduced, and to ensure that there is no jail time assigned. When that is not possible, we pursue diversionary programs in drug courts and alternative sentencing. We do not want our clients to lose their liberty.

Helping You End Your Divorce With Dignity
Ending a marriage can be traumatizing for all of the family members involved. At our firm, Brian and David Hogue are committed to keeping parties cordial and using mediation to hammer out as many agreements as possible in advance. The more family law issues a divorcing couple can agree upon, the less the family courts will have to intervene. Oftentimes, our clients are in a more favorable position when they negotiate with their former spouse instead of leaving the fate of their children and money to the discretion of the family law judges.
